THAMES FIRMS AT SOUTHAMPTON BOAT SHOW



Firms from along the Thames were among the exhibitors at the PSP Southampton Boat Showhich ended on September 21st.

erty   Among them were MDL which owns Bray, Windsor, Penton Hook and Chatham Maritime Marinas among a total of 22. See their advert on right.

On the MDL stand visitors were able tofind out about Freedom Berthing which offers a deal involving a home berth plus free mooring at 90 other marinas.

A range of boats on show afloat from Wargrave-based Val Wyatt Marine included the new Interboat Neo Comfort line (Pictured right).

Other Thames firms included Ting Dene which exhibited the latest narrow boat to come off the Sea Otter production line before the Derbyshire company went into liquidation.

Boat builders Michael Dennett of Laleham Reach was one of a number of wooden boat builders at the show. Nauticalia of Shepperton was again at the show, as was Future Protect - makers of outboards covers - from Thames Ditton.

The Little Ship Club, the sailing and motor cruising club on the Thames in the City, had a stand with details of membership and a range of training courses.
